Accountability
We all know we should be holding ourselves accountable to tasks, things we need to get done and things we didn’t get done. Sometimes what’s more important though, is being sure to hold others accountable to what they said they were going to do, their goals, and their shortcomings. It isn’t micromanagement, it is our job as coaches and leaders. So hold yourself accountable to holding others accountable. While also holding the team accountable to hold the team accountable.
